Position Summary

The Foundation Administrator is the backbone of the Wyoming Community Foundation (WYCF) team. This individual works with all staff and all WYCF constituents including grantees and donors.  The position is primarily responsible for day-to-day office management and assisting the President, Executive Staff, and the Board of Directors (BOD).

Responsibilities include: providing standard office administration services (including managing outgoing mail, phone, equipment, fleet vehicle and conference room scheduling, etc.,), coordinating all logistics for quarterly BOD meetings and staff meetings, maintaining communication with and support for the BOD during the year, and completing administrative materials related to BOD meetings (including minutes, agendas, preparing board packet, meeting management, etc.).  Position is also the primary point of contact for coordinating building, IT or office equipment support and maintenance. 

Salary Range: $41,500 – $44,500
