Foundation Administrator

Position Summary 

The Foundation Administrator is the backbone of the Wyoming Community Foundation (WYCF) team. This individual works with all staff and all WYCF constituents including grantees and donors.  The position is primarily responsible for day-to-day office management and assisting the President, Executive Staff, and the Board of Directors (BOD), especially around quarterly board meetings.

Responsibilities include: providing standard office administration services (managing outgoing mail, phone, equipment, fleet vehicles, conference room scheduling, etc.,), coordinating event logistics for quarterly BOD meetings, receptions and staff meetings, maintaining regular support and communication with the BOD and compiling administrative materials related to BOD meetings (minutes, agendas, board packet, meeting management, etc.).  The position is also the primary contact for coordinating building, IT or office equipment support and maintenance, and is often the first interaction with visitors to the WYCF main office or constituents by phone.
