Program Associate

Position Summary 

The Program Associate is an integral member of WYCF’s Programs Team, managing the Foundation’s competitive grantmaking and partnering with communities across the state. 

This role manages WYCF’s competitive grantmaking—managing application design, review, and evaluation—while guiding applicants and grantees and partnering with advisory boards. The Program Associate exercises sound judgment in making funding recommendations aligned with WYCF’s mission and helps strengthen program effectiveness over time. The role also represents WYCF in communities across the state through outreach and engagement. 

We’re looking for an experienced person who brings:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse communities and stakeholders
  • Confident communication, including experience engaging and presenting to groups
  • Analytical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Travel is required (up to ~30% of work time), including participation in events across Wyoming. This is a full-time, exempt position with competitive benefits, including medical insurance and retirement contributions.

Salary Range: $51,900 – $53,500
