Through a partnership with the Natrona Collective Health Trust (NCHT) and Nurses House, the Wyoming Community Foundation (WYCF) is excited to offer a new grant opportunity to Registered Nurses in Natrona County!
Nurses have been asked to go above and beyond to support their community and their patients during the pandemic.
These individual grants are intended to offer financial support and to show gratitude to nurses after a challenging few years.
By completing a simple online application, Registered Nurses residing and employed in Natrona County will be eligible for $500 individual grants to use for their housing and utility expenses, childcare, medical bills, or physical and mental healthcare costs. The grant application, available here, will open on March 1st, 2023. These funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the application will close when funds have been depleted. Up to 300 Registered Nurses in Natrona County will receive these grants.
The simple application will ask nurses to fill out a few short questions and provide information like:
-
- contact information
- employment information, including your RN License number
- proof of Natrona County residence, such as a recent utility bill or current form of identification
Nurses House will review applications and nurses will receive notification about eight (8) weeks after submission.
Review the FAQ page here for additional information. If you still have questions, please contact Allison Renton, WYCF Program Associate, at Allison@wycf.org or 307-721-8300
