About this Scholarship
Glenn and Judy Catchpole were lifelong advocates of children, public education, the University of Wyoming, and the great state of Wyoming. Glenn and Judy graduated from Cody High School and the University of Wyoming's College of Engineering and Education, respectively, before devoting their careers in and for Wyoming. They believed in hard work, dedication, serving others, and always doing the right thing. Judy served as Wyoming's Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Glenn after serving combat tours in the United States Navy, spent is career in the uranium mining/production sector.
This scholarship is to provide scholarships for Wyoming graduates to attend the University of Wyoming to pursue degrees in Education or Engineering. The intent of this scholarship is to support students who demonstrate the values of Glenn and Judy Catchpole - Service, Family, Love. Applicants should also demonstrate involvement outside the classroom including athletics, student government, community service, academic clubs, or artistic pursuits.
Who is eligible?
Graduating Seniors, or current undergraduates, who will be majoring in Education or Engineering. Students who graduated within the last 5 years are eligible to apply.
