| Vice President of Finance The VPF is an exempt, senior management level position responsible for management and oversight of the Foundation’s operations, finances and administrative functions and systems, including financial accounting, budgeting, reporting, and long-range planning; internal controls, systems and operations; investment oversight and reporting; vendor and service provider relationship management; human resource management; and supervision of staff to achieve the goals of the Foundation. The VPF acts on behalf of the President in his/her absence. The VPF works closely with the President to develop the organization’s strategic direction and manage office operations, providing leadership through financial analysis and oversight, and with other Foundation staff members to support donor relations and development, program development and execution, and implementation of special projects as needed. The VPF also works with the Treasurer, Board of Directors, Executive, Audit and Investment Committees to implement their decisions and to provide meaningful, timely analysis and reporting.
