Diane Harrop is owner and principal consultant for What’s Next? Consulting based in Douglas. Her business specializes in crisis management facilitation and strategic action planning with nonprofit organizations, boards and small businesses. She was the founding Executive Director of the Wyoming Healthcare Commission, a state agency created in 2003. As a former Mayor and Council Member of Douglas, Wyoming, Diane helped create projects that resulted in the town twice being named one of the 100 Best Small Towns in America. She has served as a board member of the Wyoming Community Foundation, the Nicolaysen Art Museum, Mountains & Plains Bookseller’s Association and the Memorial Hospital of Converse County. Along with her husband, Randy, she was co-owner of a Wyoming State Quality Award-winning business, R-D Pharmacy & Books, for 20 years.
